Spellpanda — Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Spellpanda ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Scalintel LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Spellpanda Premium") for access to unlimited features:

• Monthly Plan: Monthly subscription, billed each month.
• Yearly Plan: Annual subscription, billed once per year.

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. No refund is provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend services.
• Resell or redistribute the App or its content.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Scalintel LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content (definitions, examples, stroke order explanations). This content is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scalintel LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalintel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
